Dharma Foundation is a non government foundation with the primary aim of reuniting Hindus of Mauritius and promoting the true and apolitical teachings of Hinduism. There is today a real malaise among the Hindus in Mauritius, where we are segregated by political views, human nature, a distorted understanding of caste system and many other ill. Unlike other ethnic communities, there is no concord or consensus among the Hindus and we lack the knowledge and maturity to understand the true values of Hinduism (Sanatana Dharma).
